Thruster (3-2-1-3-2-1)

Heavy thrusters, all sets should be challenging. Take bar from the rack and do sets approximately every 3 minutes.

*do 2-3 High (not maximal) Box Jumps during each rest period. The second wave of 3-2-1 should be higher than the first wave of 3-2-1.
