Power Clean (3-3-3-3-3)
Attempt to find a 3 rep max on the Power Clean. The weight can be dropped between reps but a single set should not take longer than 20 seconds to complete.
The goal here is to start slightly above the heaviest Power Clean weight and then build up over the course of the remaining sets. This is NOT intended to be a 3 rep max effort but rather just getting in a couple heavy-ish sets.
