Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Octane CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Octane CrossFit classes. These are our On-Ramp classes, taught by head trainer, Regan Doele.  Typically these classes are for first-timers and are conducted in 3 one hour sessions, or until you are comfortable with the movements and are ready to jump into the regularly scheduled group classes.  Cost for this program is $150, and that includes your first month of membership.

On-Ramp classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the three sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory, so if you are unable to make a session, contact Regan who will work with you to reschedule.



If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for Octane CrossFit Test-Out option. We offer a one-hour private session with our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity. The cost for this one-hour session is $75 per person and will go towards your membership upon completion of test out.
