The Octane CrossFit Bootcamp Program is more than a fitness course – it’s an all-inclusive jumpstart into a new healthy lifestyle! Our goal is to make fitness fun using a combination of education, accountability, teamwork, and guidance so you can build strong habits in nutrition and exercise. The Octane CrossFit Bootcamp will ultimately transform your mind and body so you look better, feel better, and perform better in every aspect of life. Each day will be an active classroom-like experience where you will be taught the foundations of fitness, movement technique, and training protocol in a group of other people wanting the same thing as YOU. This develops life-changing fitness habits in a fun and team-oriented environment!
What will you get out of OCF Boot Camp?
The OCF Level 1 Bootcamp is a 4-week program that meets 4 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This is not like ANY BOOTCAMP YOU’VE EVER DONE BEFORE. You will have all the standard bootcamp elements of workouts, music, and coaching but the OCF L1-BC offers SO MUCH MORE. A few of the features you will find in the OCF L1-BC are:
Fitness education – not just to understand why a healthy lifestyle is important but also why we train the way we do. Other than us telling you what to do, we want you to understand the “why” behind how your body reacts to this type of fitness.
Movement training – some bootcamps offer coaching but most are fast-paced programs lead by cheerleaders, not professional coaches. Our team of fitness trainer’s emphasis proper movement mechanics so that your body develops like an athlete. We know form follows function so when you train like an athlete, you will look like an athlete.
Meal planning and homework – our bootcamp aims to help you build new habits and ultimately a new lifestyle. This simply cannot be done in an hour a day. We consider that there are 23 more hours that need attention to assist you in your journey towards body awareness and wellness. We provide you a system to build that awareness and take control of your habits.
Teamwork and community – my favorite part of the OCF L1-BC is that you AREN’T DOING IT ALONE! You will find a support system within your Bootcamp Class that is unlike any other fitness course on the planet.
